Fourth Month of Pregnancy: The Symptoms You May Encounter
Still the same old yada yada.. Some of these symptoms are the usual old ones and they are not universal (they differ in every woman), which means that you may not have some of them at all (which is great news, right?).
The physical symptoms..
- Urinary frequency is decreased (finally!)
- Fatigue
- Excessive salivation
- Nausea may decrease or end, though for some women, morning sickness has just begun.
- Indigestion
- Flatulence
- Heartburn
- Bloating
- Breast changes continues, but they won’t feel too tender anymore
- Constipation
- Occasional headaches
- Occasional dizziness or possible faintness
- Increased appetite
- Whitish vaginal discharge
- Pink toothbrush, or bleeding gums
- Occasional nosebleeds
- Nasal congestion
- Ear stuffiness
- Hemorrhoids
- Mild swelling of feet and ankles, sometimes of hands and feet too
- Fetal movement, near the end of the month
Still, you will experience emotional symptoms too..
- Mood Swings, irritability, irrationality, weepiness.
- Mixed Emotions, fear, elation, misgivings, joy.
- Forgetfulness
- Trouble concentrating
- Frustration, mostly at wardrobe that does not fit
- Joy and apprehension over the pregnant look and feel
Yet again, you may experience only some of them (or all of them!). They’re still not universal!
